🚀 Loco v0.12.0 is out! 🔥

This is a maintenance, simplification and refactoring release. We believe stopping every now and then to reduce weight, to move away things and sharpen our focus helps reconsider complex things and turn them into simple things -- that is what makes a long-term project be able to make it to the long term.

This simplification effort for 0.12 will serve us well going into 0.13 and 0.14 (where we introduce the new "new app" composable starter app generator).

✨ What’s new?

• Starters are now simplified: no more notes examples that you need to manually remove
• Creating scaffolds with --api will now create a controller with prefix-aware code (/api), so prefixes moved to be controller local
• Generators is now a crate
• extras now moved out of the repo, and we migrated some functionality from extras into loco itself
• The usual fixes, docs updates, and Japanese README 🇯🇵 !
