When I created an .arb like strings_zh_Hant_TW.arb, a wrong entry "Locale("zh", "")" was created in supportedLocales. The correct one should be "Locale.fromSubtags(languageCode: 'zh', scriptCode: 'Hant', countryCode: 'TW')".

This is unsupported currently. If you want to submit a pr to add this functionality, it would be awesome!
