I'd like to implement a feedback collection mechanism to monitor user requests, expand solution coverage, and improve accuracy:

Implement Looker UI interface to collect AI response accuracy feedback from users.
Implement a mechanism to store collected feedback in a dedicated table.
Implement a Looker report to review the feedback for solution improvement.

Is there some design / thoughts around it , work in progress, or I have to start from scratch ?
