Possible on Ruby/Prawn with :pdf-page-layout: landscape - not able to reproduce on web-pdf

This is supported in Chromium post v85, see also:
https://chromestatus.com/feature/5173237715566592
So CSS needs to carry a named pageset for landscape switching - the two can be mixed via @media queries, see also:
https://www.w3.org/TR/css-page-3/#page-size-media-query
