Add Section about Recent Updated Nodes #1168

Recent Updated Nodes:

With this section, we can click on the links and see what's new with them.
For now, we just know they got updated, but no idea what happened to them/ what's new.

This feature seems like it should be implemented at some point, but it's not something that can be supported in the short term.

A custom node writing specification needs to be added to provide this information, and custom node developers would also need to actively provide this information with each update.

In other words, a wide-ranging improvement of the ecosystem is necessary.

Could you pls add hyperlinks to updated ones for now?
So I can click on them and go to their pages to see what happened.
