Can't get Demo working

I followed the instructions on the readme.

I run "npm install rn-apple-healthkit --save" on the Demo folder, but ended up the following warnings:

Then I run "npm audit fix --force" as suggested, but still a lot of warnings and looks the same:

Then I go ahead and run "pod install":

I'm not sure what went wrong.

Anyone got some ideas?
