Can PiSDR boot from usb SSD connected to R Pi 3B v1.2
Procedure to move it? Is it same as moving regular OS?

Hi, thanks for trying PiSDR! Yes, the image can be booted off a USB SSD. The procedure should be the same as the official image.

I can also confirm that USB boot works precisely like a vanilla Raspbian boot. No worries.

You don't need any procedure to 'move it to USB drive'. You just burn the image to the USB drive in Raspberry Pi Imager (or similar), never needing an SD card.
Pi 3b+ and Pi4 can boot to USB out-of-the-box. Pi3b can boot to USB after a one-time firmware adjustment (which needs a temporary SD card).
