Description
We're currently on version v1.27.3 and a customer reported improvements with being on the latest version.

Customer report
It is using an old version of Air which apparently has issues with restarting after building on files changed because it sometimes doesn't get the old process to shut down, resulting it in being unable to restart as the port is already in use (at least on Ubuntu/Linux). Patched the air.sh script to use air 1.45.0 which seems to behave much better.
