clearly not.
the modification timestamp of compile.sh in your log.zip is 24 days ago. not yesterday.

Download zip archive and run the whole process again, that's the optimal way, I presume.
But if you don't want to run the whole process again, you can extract the zip archive and overwrite all files into your existing... um... installation.

Or you can use that update_suite.sh, drag it to the mintty shortcut (I don't know if it will work without a .git folder, and if you downloaded it from zip archive then there's no .git folder)
