The following are the setup instructions for the lab.
- Please bring your laptop and ensure a reliable internet connection.
- Install Java SE 8, Java SE 11 or Java SE 17 (we used Adoptium Temurin JDK 17).
- Install the Eclipse IDE for Enterprise Java Developers from here.
- Install Docker for your OS.
- You will need a GitHub account.
- You must be signed into your Docker Hub account. To create a Docker Hub account go to https://hub.docker.com.
- You will need to setup kubectl. Here are instructions on how to do that.
- You will need an Azure subscription. If you don't have one, you can get one for free for one year here.
- You will need to install the Azure CLI. Here are instructions on how to do that.
