The focus of this awesome list is on the intersection of machine learning and biochemistry. Our aim is to provide both newcomers and experienced practitioners with an entrypoint to learn, explore and navigate this rapidly evolving field. Inevitably, this leads to some overlap with already existing awesome lists, such as for bioinformatics and cheminformatics.
