Cannot get quick start to work

Following the 30 s quick start instructions at https://github.com/ma-ha/rest-web-ui I cloned the project and opened index.html, but the browser starts flickering like wild, obvioulsy trying to endlessly re-load the page.

I tried in different browsers.

No just locally on my computer. Was that the wrong approach?

The index.html need to load JavaScipt files an other dependencies via HTTP requests. Gesendet mit der Telekom Mail App <http://www.t-online.de/service/redir/emailmobilapp_ios_smartphone_footerlink.htm>
