How to unblock email from Jamku?

Questions:

1. By client's email ID is blocked, how do it unblock it?
2. My client is not recieving emails from jamku, how to ensure they receive it?

Ask your client to send a test email to subscribe@email.jamku.app
Subject of the email: Test
Body of the email: Empty

Withing few seconds, the software will send email acknowledging the ublocking of the email ID.
This is how the email response is recieved by your client.
