How to add expenses in a client/task

Users with expense permission will be able to add the expenses. Permission to be given from team page- common- expenses

1. Out of Pocket expenses can be added at client or at task level. Ensure expense is activated from office configuration- settings- features activation. Change to yes and update from top.

2. Once it is update, you can add all your out-of-pocket expenses at client or task level under expense module.

3. Click on add, and enter the details and save.

4. Once saved, you can find all the expenses on the expenses tab or on the expense list page.
