• Click on the Menu Button (The Three Lines) on top left
  

• In the navigation menu, search and click on "Team"
  

• Click on + Add button

• In the dialogue box, enter Mobile Number and Name of the team member.
  Be careful while entering Mobile Number, as mobile number cannot be edited once you click on Save

• Click on Save button to create Jamku account of team member.
  
  This page shows list of current team members, already added in Jamku.

Notes

1. The main identifier for account creation in Jamku is Mobile Number. Account cannot be created using Email ID.
2. The mobile number will be used to generate OTP to reset password.
3. If any of the team member's mobile number is changed, deactivate the previous and add the new mobile no.
4. (For International users) If you don't receive SMS (OTP), reach out to support team on whatsapp

Possible errors and thier resolutions:
When adding team member (aka User) in Jamku if you may get these errors:

• "Office already has X Active Team Member" --> You have reached maximum "active" team members as per license purchased.
  Solution: Get in touch with support team to increase purchase additional license.

• "Office already has X Team Member" --> You have reached maximum team members (including deactivated). This is Jamku's internal controls to safeguard rouge usage.
  Solution: Get in touch with support team to increase the limit. There is no charges for increasing this limit.
