Auto assign Task to Team member

You would need auto assign task to team members, in following situations

1. In my office, DSC (new & renewal) is always done by the same admin staff, how do I configure Jamku to ensure that all the DSC tasks are auto assigned to him?
2. We have designated a team member for each of our "premium" clients. Now, we want that whenever a task is created, he/she is added to that task.
3. For all the GST work, I have a manager who will be responsible for all the GST tasks getting completed on time. How to add him to all the GST tasks - GSTR1, GSTR3B, GSTR9?

To auto assign team member, we have 2 options (You can use one or both)

1. Add team member to Service
2. Add team member to Client

In Jamku this is technically called as "Default Team Member"

Adding at Client Level

This is helpful if you have designated team member for specific client. Any task (pertaining to any service or one time task) which is created for this client will get auto assigned to that designated team member.

• Open Client (aka Client View)
• Go to Edit Tab (Tab with pencil ✏ icon)

• Click on + Add button
• Select Team member & Click on Save button to add

This is how the team members which are added are shown.

Adding at Service Level

This is helpful in following situations

1. If all task related to a particular service is always done by a team member/s
2. If you want to auto assign all task for a specific service to reviewer

Once the team member is added to the service. All the tasks created for this service will now be auto assigned to the team members specified.

• Go to Service List

• Open service by clicking on Service Name (aka Service View)
  

• Go to Teams Tab

• Click on + Add Button
