How to add Note to the Task

1. I want to keep track of discussion which I had with my client about IT return filing. Where should I make a note of this?
2. How to provide instructions to the team member in relation to specific assignment?
3. How to make note of the decision made for the client pertaining to an engagement for future reference?
4. My team members followed up with client for data, but client did not answer the call, where to make note of this?

The best way to manage all these (questions posted above) is to use Task Notes.

To add a note to the Task, open the Task (aka Task View).
In the Dashboard tab, click on "+" button, in the Notes card.

Enter the note and click on "Save" button.
