This is the calendar which is shown on the home screen. In this thread, we shall be discussing what all insights can be drawn.

Self / Team member's work planning

Say, you are sitting on 2nd of the month (referring to the above image), then the planning can be as follows

1. Work on the 5 tasks which are due tomorrow (i.e. 3rd of the Month)
2. Follow up with client for the tasks which are stuck in next week (e.g. One task on 8th of the Month)

Leave approvals

If a team member asks for leave, you can instantly view his calendar. This will give a good insight on whether the leave will impact due dates. And if the leave impacts any task, you can assign those tasks to other team members.

Determining work pressure

If a team member says that he is bogged down by work, you can view the calendar for that team member by entering his/her name in the "Team Member" drop down.

Note: This may not be the perfect way to measure work pressure, as it does not consider the effort required to complete the tasks

Plan over time in advance

If you foresee huge number of tasks in a week, plan overtime in advance to accomplish 100% completion before due date.
