How to send reminder to client about the documents pending to be received #723

  1. First ensure you have added all the documents which you have requested to the clients in Document Tab of the Task.

  2. Click on Send email in the Inward Subtab. Select the Email from and enter other details if required to be added in the email.

  3. The details can be fed in like this

  4. Click on Generate Email. This will show you preview of the email which will be sent to the client.

  5. Clicking on Send button will send the email to the client.

Things to note

  1. Ensure you have added email ID to the client (in profile section) and these email ID have "Is Used for communication" set to "Yes"
  2. Client has not blocked the emails from "*.jamku.app"
