For Edge Bowser

1. Go to edge://flags/#enable-force-dark (Copy and paste in address bar)
   

2. Set value as "Enabled"
   

3. Restart the Browser

For Chrome Browser

1. Go to chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark (Copy and paste in address bar)
2. Set value as "Enabled"
3. Relaunch the Browser

Note: These settings in future version of Chrome and Edge will be available directly in settings. As of version 96 these settings are available in "Flags" (aka Experimental Settings)
