We need to compare list of Clients from Profile List and Client List .

Go to Profile List. Select Profile Type "Mobile". Download the Profile Data.
Go to Client List. Download Client Data.
Using Excel VLookup / XLookup match both the files on "Client Number" field.
This shall give you list of Clients for whom Mobile Number is not available in Jamku.
