1 Client Mobile App Setup

1.1 Download the app

• On Android - Get from Play Store
• On iPhone/iOS - visit m.client.jamku.app on Safari and click on "Add to Home Screen"

1.2 Client Login/Signup

There are two options to log in/signup into the client portal.

1. Google login (Recommended)
2. Email login/signup
   User will need to verify the email before proceeding. Thus, login with Google is fastest method to get started.

1.3 Office Selection

Once logged in, the user will be redirected to the office selection page. There are two possibilities here,
A. The user already has access to Client Portal - App will ask to select office and proceed. View Point 3
B. The user does not have access - App will show error as below.

User's email id is not activated for the client portal from the office side. In this case, the user will be seeing the below screen.

2 Giving Client Access to Client Portal

2.1 Add the client email id in the client profile

Go to Client View > Profile tab. Add Button.

After saving, the profile tab will show like this.

2.2 Activate Client Login

Click on the "Client Portal Access" arrow button as shown below

Now you'll be redirected to the "Client Portal Access" page. Click on the edit button as shown below.

In the dialogue box, choose Yes for the Client login field and click on save. This will activate the client portal access for the email id.

3 Using Client Portal

3.1. Office List.

Users will see a list of offices in which their email id has been granted the client portal access. Click on the office name to get started.

3.2 Home page.

On the home page, the client can see a summary of documents and tasks.
