Added / improved:

• Preview the current e-mail templates (not only from DB - can also be default
  ones or ones from Yireo-E-Mail-Override) in System > Tools > Email Preview Tool (fixes #19 - thanks to @schnumsel).
• Order / Invoice / ... Increment IDs and Customer IDs can be selected in a dropdown
  from real existing entities (fixes #15, #16 - thanks to @tylerssn).
• Previews are opened in a new browser window/tab (fixes #1).

Fixed:

• Preview issues with incorrect translation and templates (fixes #14 - thanks to
