User guide is live

The vector data user guide is live, including the notebooks on how to access data from the Ag1000G phase 3 (Ag3) release:

I've also started adding some further notebooks with analysis examples, two so far:

• Mosquito collection sites - This notebook gives a virtual tour of the locations where mosquitoes contributed to Ag1000G phase 3 were collected. Includes plotting maps to see the collection sites in their geographical context.
• Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) - This notebook looks in more detail at how single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are represented in the Ag1000G phase 3 (Ag3) data release. Also looks at the different site filters that we’ve created to help select high quality SNPs for robust population genetic analyses.

Hopefully we'll be able to steadily add more analysis example notebooks over the coming months, will post here when any are added.
