[Question] Dynamic Distribution Lists and mailbox custom attributes

Hi - sorry to ask this here... ive been trying to figure this out. I'd like to manage dynamic distrbution lists and also custom attributes associated with users in exchange.

My primary question is whether this functionality belongs in hamilton so it can be exposed in azurerm provider or if an entirely new exchange provider / sdk would be needed
