Use .oga instead of generic .ogg extension for audio files #87

The extension for audio files should be ".oga" instead of ".ogg" in wiki.

From https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Audio : "When uploading audio files use the file type oga; for video ogv, to differentiate amongst the generic ogg file type. "
