While I believe it should be a SVG fill

these icons patterns are not currently supported. However it's a bug it prints out the error message into the console and I will take a look on it. Thanks for the report. However even after the bugfix the patterns won't be displayed. Last time I tried to crack it I didn't find a way how to set the pattern icon dynamically via the plugin.
