Keep growing CONTRIBUTING.md

Add contribution section concerning

• How to make a proper installation environment
• Guidelines for good practice before submitting PR (go fmt, go test, adding dependencies into glide.json...)
• Adding an explanation about the new feature/enhancement provided (How to reproduce it...)

I'll be adding all along the project keeps growing... Also whoever want to make some suggestions are more than welcomed :)

What details to be added in the contributions section ? The explanation regarding how to contribute to this project or the details of persons who are already contributing to this project.
