Please, next time you should provide more information 😅 Had to do search myself.

It seems to be a single game exclusive (Pokémon Prism), so this shouldn't be a priority. Is there any format specification out there?

There's already a web patcher proof-of-concept here (code is in the main repo), but I think it would be a great feature here as well.

P.S. It isn't just used by Prism; it's used by Polished Crystal, and I think that someone is making a Generation I hack with it.
