Taxes and ScoreBoard stats (Enhancment)

Can we have a tax system? This will help remove inactive factions and stop some from getting to rich.

Also can we make your scoreboard work with scoreboardstats? Your ScoreBoard kinda over powers the other one.

In regards to scoreboardstats thats really odd, I created a separate scoreboard. Can you confirm they've also got this done properly?

Can you elaborate on the tax system please? :)

The scoreboardstats plugin sets a sidebar, when the faction plus sidebar updates it removes the Scoreboardstats one and replaces it with the fp one (which is fine) but the scoreboardstats one never comes back after that. I have tried messing with the update times on both of them but this always seems to happen.

For the Taxes:

My idea would be to allow both a "State and Federal" tax.... State: meaning the Faction leader can set a periodic tax on his members which goes into the faction account and if they cant pay they are automatically kicked from the faction.

I would also like this to have some settings the leader can use:
State Tax: true/false
State Tax interval: Hourly/Daily/Weekly/Monthly
State tax style: Percent/Set amount (percent being a percent of there money)
State tax Amount: -insert number-
State Tax Auto Kick: (-1 working as a false setting)

Federal/Server would work close to the same but have the options in the config:
Allow State Tax: True/False
Federal Tax: true/false
Federal Tax interval: Hourly/Daily/Weekly/Monthly
Federal tax style: Percent/Set amount (percent being a percent of the factions money)
Federal tax amount: -insert number-
Federal Tax Auto Disband: (-1 working as a false setting)

I would also like it to announce when the taxes are taken and a list of disband factions due to not being able to pay. This will let other factions go and raid any faction that loses there protection.

Update: Scoreboard issue was fixed in 0.7, please upgrade
