Teleportation Features

Hello @markehme , today I found server pack with a old version of factionplus which had a very good feature for the teleport with the command /home /back , etc.
Would be awesome if you add this back.

version of the plugin: factionplus 0.6.9.5

also the feature of /f access for the factionsuuid plugin would be awesome.
I would be interested in make a donation if this is added.
