Back end should perform subsequent actions #22

The DBus back end should take care of actions subsequent to a successful upload.

It should decide what to do based on an entry from the configuration file:

launch the browser with the new image (as at present); the default
launch gimgur with the new image
copy the URL to the clipboard (plus signal so the UI can mention it)
nothing

This will mean that all front ends have a common system for doing this.

This means the -b switch on the commandline interface is obsolete.
