i have only malilib,fabric, and litematica on. once in game i have no item textures "inventory and chests" have reinstalled everything multiple times with same results also my hand texture is glitched and shows random icons on the players and after abt 2-3 min the game crashes

What is your current AMD driver version? Someone else that had the a similar crash said that it got fixed after updating to AMD driver version 22.8.1.

Seems like you need to downgrade the AMD drivers, see: #576 (comment)
