When creating a custom reserve, it's not listed in the "contents" of the LCP and it's not in the compendium or reserve sections when loaded into CompCon.

I have tested this in Chrome, after clearing caches and in an incognito window, both with an LCP containing other information (which works) and a totally clean LCP with no other gear in it.
