Dropdown menu for tags broken on load #40

Upon loading a LCP I cannot add new tags, the dropdown menu simply shows "no data available" for existing systems or weapons

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. create a system or weapon
  2. export the lcp
  3. load the lcp
  4. click on dropdown menu
