[mobile] generate full text labels #139

Given #68, we might want to generate full labels on mobile devices.

I didn't test but assume that the accessibility of the menu on mobile is even harde with VO or TalkBack.

We might want to check if role=applications / live regions might cause the issues with swipe left/right and perhaps disable them on mobile.
