Anonymous votes with live counts disabled - Send message when unvoted #87

It appears that Pollmaster will respond with a "your vote has been counted" private message, but will not send a "your vote has been removed" sort of message when the person accidentally unvotes.

Sample poll:
pm!cmd -q "Will Pollmaster advise me if I unvote?" -l "pm1-20220305" -a -o "1" -mc "1" -h -d "specify deadline"

This can cause issues when some voters react twice, not understanding that their first vote was actually counted (ie. didn't see the private message) or react twice in quick succession (ie. before the private message is delivered)

Can Pollmaster send a private message when a vote has been removed?
