Disconnecting Freenode bridge from room

It looks like the Freenode IRC bridge was shut down a couple of years ago. I have a Matrix room that still has the bridge user (@appservice-irc:matrix.org) in it as the only admin, and me as a mod.

I'd like to figure out how to remove the bridge.
