Awesome tool!

I just installed and spent 15 mins debugging why my action wasn't working. The logs looked fine, but I never received the PR comment.

The issue: everything was fine. I had to introduce a sloppy bug to get feedback that it worked. A PR comment for "passed, no issues found" would have been helpful here, and generally on small PRs that don't have errors.
