Quality selector

So my internet is limited, and while I appreciate the fact that this will play the youtube videos @ the res I have set in the browser. It would be nice to be able to choose. 144p vs 1080p, the amount of bandwidth saved adds up quickly if you stream a lot. Seems like you could easily sneak in labels <144p> <480p> <720p> underneath the volume slider. Just a suggestion, I know I'd certainly appreciate it, probably others as well.

Thanks for the great app!

I'll give it a try to add this. Thanks for the feedback :).

Hello...

Have been using this app for a month now and it has been a wonderful experience. I also would like to +1 on this. Maybe sneaking in a YT quality selector style icon to the right of volume control instead of at the bottom, like the OP suggested, may help with the simplicity...

Code I found at https://youtubeembedcode.com/en/ for reference:

Add the &vq=val in the src part...

Tag Quality
&vq=small 240p
&vq=medium 360p
&vq=large 480p
&vq=hd720 720p
&vq=hd1080 1080p

For a better bandwidth saving feature, why not disable video and just stream audio? Show a static thumbnail instead of video...

Once again TQ very much for the app.
