We could benefit from both dryRuns as well as tests on real data.
--first-tile-only opt in bcl-convert can allow to test even big flowcells.

testCases:

  • multiple lanes - no split - project spanning lanes
  • multiple lanes - no split - samples spanning lanes (210430_NB501361_0390_AHFWT5BGXJ)
  • multiple lanes - split (211213_A00931_0393_BHLTVYDRXY)
  • single end (210907_A00931_0362_AHJNTTDRXY)
  • single index
  • whatever run with additional samples
  • whatever run with missing samples (wrong BC's)
