Hi!
So if you use the "pip" command to install, it installs an older version of
the program. If you download the develop code and follow that, it should
be the correct thing.
Cheers!

I'm still having this error? Any tips on how one could debug it? I tried downloading the latest develop code and running the install commands in the README and it still gives me this error. I deleted the old conda environment with the installed dependancies. I also tried with the Pycontacts 1.0.5. version. Confused on why it doesn't work. |

I have recently downloaded pycontact and keep getting this error. I have tried uninstalling all components (cython, MDAnalysis, PyQt5, and pycontact) and redownloading it multiple times, using all previously mentioned methods (including #81). I have gone from both the "pip install pycontact" and the develop zip download. I have also tried doing the conda route. All result in the same result. Is there something I am missing or an update I have not seen?
Thanks!
