Feature Request - Support reordering accounts

Describe the feature

I would like to be able to reorder accounts, both on the /accounts page and the main dashboard. Right now the sorting between the dashboard list and the /accounts page is also different which makes it a bit hard to scan back and forth.

Why is this feature important?

This would be nice in order to create 'subgroups' inan Investment accounts category, e.g. I usually sort mine by:

• taxable accounts
• IRAs
• 401ks
• Other (HSA, 529, etc)
