Support for Spotify connect

Now that spotify connect has been launched it would be nice to have support for it in spotimc. You could controll spotify from your mobile and just choose spotimc as the device for playback.

This could be a great feature, but sadly there's currently no support for the connect feature on libspotify (the closed source lib Spotimc relies on for all Spotify integration).

Apart from that, the folks at Spotify haven't released any specs for the connect protocol, so there's no way to implement this feature from scratch at this moment.

Will keep an eye on this feature request, for any future chances that could enable it's implementation.
