Hi,

I installed Spotimc by using the Install from zip functionality on a freshly installed XBMC.
When I run Spotimc I get a message in the lower right corner saying ""Error: Script failed: Spotimc.py". And after this the "Working...." message stays on the screen, and I have to reboot to use the UI. However, I can access the XBMc and play local music from a remote device.

I haven't been able to find a setting for the Spotimc for entering Spotify credentials. I was wondering if this could cause the problem. I was asuming that this should be possible through the add-on config page, but I don't find it.

As I understand, the necessary libraries should be available in the Gotham release, thus I have not installed anything else.

As the newbie I am, I would really appreciate some help, through the jungle of recommendations.

Spotimc 1.0-beta5

Thx

Also having same issue with a fresh OSMC install. Same error, and can't find anywhere to enter Spotify login details

edit:

deleted all

you have to download the zip file in the git discription and not the release file because in the release the accosiated files aren't in there
