Describe the bug

The decorative arrowheads and lines are not showing up or misaligned.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new character and the full screen editor will automatically launch.
2. See the arrowheads are missing and the vertical lines on the right are not quite straight.3.

In both cases, Megamud is configured for 50 rows display height, 80 columns display width.

Expected behavior

1. The arrows should show up.2.
2. The vertical lines should not be misaligned.

Since the arrowheads and misaligned vertical bars are on the same lines, I'm not sure if this is a single problem or multiple problems.
