NACA0012 airfoil (incompressible) - Memory issue

Hello,

When I try to execute `mpirun -np 4 python runScript.py 2>&1 | tee logOpt.txt', I am getting the following error. I am sure that there is enough memory for this problem. Could someone help me to solve this issue?

Pc has apple Mac Pro m2 chip and 16gb memory.

This is strange because we could run this case without a problem. The only difference is that we are not using the m2 chip. Not sure what happened here. Can you try to run the case in serial and see if it works? python runScript.py

I also tried the serial, but it did not work.
Instead of the latest version, DaFoam-v3.0.0 with the 22 summer workshop tutorial worked with parallel run without any issues.

Hmm, that is interesting. We have updated MPI versions since 3.0.0. That may cause issues for m2 chips.
