Possibility to input invalid credit card number #28

If I start to input the invalid credit card number, component fails to

format it
prevent entering more than 16 symbols

When the user blurs out of the field the error message does show up.

For an invalid CC, there is no way to format it

prevent entering more than 16 symbols

Actually there is possibility of having 19 digits
