Authentication for read only is unnecessary - eg scoreboard. Hide the option to make it clear, but also ensure that nothing malicious can happen as a result

with simplelifter 2, everyone needs to log in unless:

  • live competition view which has youtube link and live scoresheet
  • provided a link which uses GET parameters instead of login details

i'm happy with this for now
