when the lifter changes, it starts the animation for the lifter bio page.

sometimes on the live stream it would flash across twice, like it would start then disappear then start again.

ideally find out why it doesn't happen, but also consider a bigger delay / lockout so it doesn't happen.

also make it stay on the screen longer

this is still here it's the oldest problem and i think just without testing it that i just made it worse

no longer an issue with simpleLifter 2
